Welcome to University Recreation On-Line Exercise System. This system was developed to help users learn new exercises, perform the exercise correctly and focus on exercises that will strengthen certain muscles in the body.

How Do I Use The System?


The menu to the left will provide you with all of the tools that you will need to navigate within the system. The most important tools you can use are the search tools. The search tools allow you to search for an exercise in the following ways:

Since we all need help occasionally, there is a help menu to the right that will allow you to bring up help information for the specific page that you are on. If you are unsure about a process or what type of information you are working with just click on the help icon to the right to get the answer.
