The Concept 2 Indoor Rower allows for a full body cardiovascular exercise the mimics the motion of rowing a boat. You can monitor your progress and statistics such as time, distance, speed and calories burned using the large window display.

Proper Steps

  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • To begin your workout press the ‘ON’ or ‘START’ button and follow the prompts on the machine’s panel. If you need assistance on the set-up of a machine or how to select programs please seek the assistance of a weight room attendant.
  • The majority of the cardio machines are equipped with a ‘Quick Start’ button that will quickly begin a manual workout session.
