Hip Flexors, Rifleman Stretch

Hip Flexors, Rifleman Stretch

Proper Steps

  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • Kneel down with one leg laying behind you
  • Exhale and slowly lean hips forward by flexing the glutes
  • Once mild discomfort is felt, hold stretch for 10-30 sec.
  • Be sure to stretch both legs!
  • This stretch should be felt in the hips flexors
