Proper Steps

  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • Place hands firmly on wall or stationary object
  • Place one foot out in front of body with slight bend in knee
  • Firmly place off leg and foot behind body
  • Keeping the front foot planted on the ground push your hips towards the wall or stationary object
