Proper Steps

  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • Start with the resistance band or PVC Pipe at waist with a wide grip, palms facing to the rear
  • Keeping your arms locked out at all times
  • Bring the resistance band or PVC pipe overhead and down to your lower back
  • Return the resistance band or PVC to the front of the waist by passing it back overhead
