Proper Steps

  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • Sit or stand upright with one arm raised to shoulder height
  • Bring your arm across the chest to the opposite shoulder
  • Hold your forearm with the oppostie hand
  • Place slight pressure against your forearm towards your chest
  • Hold the stretch for 10-30 seconds
  • Your should feel a stretch in the lateral shoulder
