Proper Steps

  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • Start with Hands on bar and feet slightly in front of body
  • Take a medium to wide grip on the bar
  • Pull yourself upward by contracting the lats as you flex the elbow.
  • Pull to the front, attempting to get your chin over the bar.
  • Return to starting position by reversing steps above
