Reverse Rope Fly

Proper Steps

  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • Start by grabbing the ropes and facing away from the origin of the ropes.
  • With a straight torso and the ropes by your side at arms length with the palms of the hand facing you.
  • Lift the ropes to your side with a slight bend on the elbow.
  • Repeat and return to starting position by reversing steps above
