Proper Steps

  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • Stand on BOSU and balance yourself, ask for assistance if needed
  • There should be a slight over hang of your heels off the BOSU
  • Rise up on your toes as far as possible
  • Hold the contraction briefly, then slowly return to the starting position
