Proper Steps

  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • Stand with feet shoulder width apart, squat keeping back straight
  • Grasp Kettlebells in neutral, overhand, or underhand position
  • Pull Kettlebells to chest keeping elbows close to body
  • Lower in controlled motion to starting postion and repeat
  • Tips: Keep chest up and back straight
