Proper Steps

  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • Get into a squat position
  • Grasp Kettlebell between legs with both hands
  • Squat up and swing Kettlebell foward and up exploding the hips forward
  • The momentum of the swing should come through the power in your squat with minimal effort from shoulders
