  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • Carefully read machine description and exercise steps printed on machine
  • Place yourself in the machine with your shoulders in the pads
  • grab levor and pull down and squat to desired lowered postion
  • when lowered position is reached let go of levor
  • press against showlder pads pushing with your legs to extend your knees
  • lower your self back to your lowered position
  • to continue squat simply press up again
  • to get out of machine grab lever and push your self to your standing position
