Proper Steps

  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • Begin with arms extended straight out in front of body, holding band with both hands
  • Initiate movement by moving hands out laterally
  • Extend your elbows as you perform the movement and bring the band to your chest
  • Pause and return to start position
