Proper Steps

  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • Stand with feet shoulder width apart in an athletic position
  • Keep back and chest tall and stabilized
  • Grip ropes firmly with hands slightly inside shoulder width apart
  • Keep arms straight infront of body
  • Raise ropes to shoulder height
  • Lower ropes to below hip height
