Proper Steps

  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • Start with feet slightly outside shoulder width apart
  • Hold kettlebell close and high on chest
  • Lower yourself until hips are below knee level
  • Maintain tall torso and tight core
  • With knees tracking over your toes hold this position
