Proper Steps

  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • Place one leg behind and elevated on stationary/flat surface
  • Shift weight slightly onto forward leg
  • Keeping your forward foot flat and tracking your knee over your toes
  • Lower yourself until your knee is just above the ground
  • Push yourself back to the starting position using your forward leg
