Proper Steps

  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • Place entire foot flat onto box or other stationary hard surface
  • Driving through your heel press your body up bringing your back foot to the box
  • Return to starting position by stepping down one foot at a time
  • Repeat by alternating the foot stepping on the box
