Proper Steps

  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • Hold weight with palms facing down
  • Raise upper arms till they are parallel to the floor, allowing lower arms to hang under
  • Rotate shoulders externally to move the lower arms till the wrists are directly above the elbows
  • Press the weight up and above the head
  • Return to starting position by reversing these steps
