Proper Steps

  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • Start with the dumbbells just outside your chest
  • With your knuckles directly on top of your wrist and wrist directly on top of your elbow
  • Face the palms of your hands to the opposite hip
  • Press the dumbbells up until elbows are fully locked out
