Proper Steps

  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • Starting with the feet hip to shoulder width apart and the weight high on the chest
  • Step forward with one leg while flexing the knee to allow your hips to drop
  • Maintaining a tall upright posture lower yourself until your knee hovers above the ground
  • Tracking your knee over your toes drive through the forward foots heel
  • Push yourself back to the starting position using the forward foot
