Proper Steps

  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • Standing with feet shoulder width apart, holding a kettlebell in front of shoulders
  • Lower yourself by hinging your hips and bending your knees
  • Maintaining a tall posture track your knees over your toes
  • Lower yourself until your hips are just below your knees
  • Return to the starting position by pushing through your heels and reversing the steps above
