Proper Steps

  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • Begin in a laying position with feet flat on ground.
  • Press two dumbbells together with your hands. Hold the plates together close to your chest.
  • Squeeze the weights between your palms and extend your arms directly out in front of you in a controlled motion.
  • Slowly return to the starting position by reversing the steps above.
