Proper Steps

  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • Hold a pair of dumbbells on the side of you with an overhand grip, palms facing the body.
  • Hinge hips back, slightly bending the knees.
  • Maintain a tall torso
  • With weight through heels lower the dumbbells to the ground
