Proper Steps

  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • Grasp the handle
  • Then extend the arms as far as possible while keeping your back straight
  • Pull the handle back focusing on trying to touch your shoulder blades together
  • Retract the shoulder blades down and back
  • Bring the handle back until it touches your abdomen
  • Hold at the top and release
